Individual Training Programs:
The Company has certain provisions to promote individual training programs for their professional development. All employees who have worked for the Company for more than four months are eligible to participate in external training programs individually or in teams.
Employees can choose to attend external training programs or courses upon discussion with the management, if approved, it will be with conditions as set out from case to case. The employee is expected to show proof of participation in the designated course/learning/training.
Employees and managers are responsible for finding the best ways for continuous professional development. They can experiment with job rotation, job shadowing, and other types of on-the-job training (without disrupting daily operations). We also encourage employees to engage in self-paced learning by asking for educational material and access to relevant resources from the managers and/or management.
